New roof in Reading we recently completed,

Not a great job this one 200mm of spray insulation had to be removed first before we fit new batons, felt and then finished with a single pan rustic Marley tile along with dry ridge snd dry verge. The home owner had to get this work done to allow them to sell the house due to the spray insulation.

Again another big effort from the lads 👍

Here is 9 houses we’ve completed as part of a 36 house project we are working on in Peterborough.

• full roof clean and treated.
• 1st metre of felt replaced with new breathable membrane, new batons and 3 in 1 trays installed.
• Asbestos soffit removed and replaced with a new white 400mm vented soffit.
• Timber fascia replaced with a 150mm full replacement fascia along with new black square guttering and down pipes.
• new fascia, soffit and dry verge fitted to gable ends.
• flat concrete canopies coverted into pitched roofs using small plain tile aswell as new fascias and guttering again.

Thanks to the lads a big effort on this project and also thanks to ELDA Building and joinery for the timber work 👍 🔨

We have a job starting in Peterborough in a few weeks they will be working on this job most of the time but also working local aswell. Driving liscence required and cscs card.

Another project we have just finished in Peterborough

35 houses complete

All fascia, soffits, guttering and down pipes replaced on main house and lower levels

All the roofs cleaned of moss and treated

Concrete canopies tidied up and changed to rubber roofs with new plastics aswell

Big effort from our team on this one, onto the next one 👍
