So customer called because the bracket came off the wall. It will held up on one side with a brick. When the bracket was put back on the wall using the original holes it was not level 🤦🏽‍♂️. So whole system had to be drained down and one side of the rad had to be repiped.

Another fire service done.
Customer said this has been serviced each year. When I got to it the fire it looked like it had not been services for many years.
The fire had never been pulled out and inspected. The builders opening full of soot ( a carrier bag full). Coals, coal bed, burner never cleaned. Coals not set correctly as per the manufacturers instructions. Now been properly serviced it looks good as new.

RND Plumbing & Heating collaborated with Resolve Heating and Gas today after a customer called me about a boiler smelling like it was on fire and smoke coming out of it. Emergency swap done today on a Sunday. Customer is great full to have heating and hot water again.
