The New Homes Quality Board released the New Homes Quality Code before Christmas and they have announced that the Ombudsman will be the Dispute Resolution Service key parts of the Code require key information to be provided during the sales process and enable New Home Purchasers to undertake Surveys prior to Handover (by appropriate Professional) and to provide effective aftercare.
