Another stunning bathroom transformation completed 🛁✨

This space is a perfect blend of bold design and clean, modern finishes. The standout feature has to be that incredible Art Deco-inspired wallpaper — it completely elevates the room and adds real character alongside the deep navy panelling.

We carried out all plumbing and tiling works on this one, including the crisp marble-effect flooring and the sleek walk-in shower install. Paired with the freestanding bath and traditional-style vanity, it’s a great mix of contemporary and classic.

We’ve recently completed a full underfloor heating installation across the entire floor span of this property — turning plans into a high-performance, energy-efficient heating system.

Underfloor heating isn’t just about comfort — it provides an even heat distribution across the whole space, creating a consistently warmer feel throughout the home. Because it runs at lower temperatures than traditional radiators, it’s also far more efficient, helping to reduce ongoing energy costs while improving overall comfort.

For this install, we used .products — a great system to work with. Their technical support was excellent, and the product itself made for a smooth, high-quality finish.

Another recent job completed by the team 🔧🔥

We were called out to a property where the homeowner had been experiencing constant issues with their boiler and repeated call-outs. After investigating, we discovered the problem was the gas supply pipework.

A previous installer had fitted a 30kW combi boiler in a 1-bed flat, but the existing gas pipework supplying it was mainly 15mm, which is significantly undersized for the demand of that appliance. This was causing poor gas flow and ongoing performance issues.

To permanently resolve the problem, we installed a brand new correctly sized external gas supply, running 28mm pipework along the building and reducing to 22mm as it enters the property, ensuring the boiler now receives the gas flow it requires.

Since upgrading the supply, the boiler is now operating efficiently, safely, and reliably with no further pressure issues.

Sometimes the issue isn’t the boiler itself — it’s the pipework feeding it.
