We’re Hiring! 📢 Electrical Assessor & Trainer 🎓

XS Training is looking for a passionate, fully qualified Electrical Assessor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis ⚡

📍 Work location: On-site (Leeds)

• Fully qualified Electrician
• Assessor qualification (desirable)
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Experience supporting adult learners
• Ability to mentor and develop learners
• Comfortable using online training platforms and digital tools
• Experience with Internal Verification is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Carryout professional discussions and observations for NVQs
• Assist assessors within the workshop with delivery of practical activities
• Attend ELEX show when required
• Create video content for YouTube with social media tea
• Carry out occasional site assessments
