10 years on, and still going strong.

We’re back on site at this 1,200kW GSHP system to replace the RHI meters and set it up for the next 10 years of operation.

A great example of long-term renewable heat performance.

Since the original installation, we have also added a solar battery system featuring 400kW of solar generation and 450kWh of battery storage, with a further 200kWh of storage being added shortly—continuing its investment in sustainable energy infrastructure.

Back on site commissioning another energy system project.

This is one of three LPG backup containers manufactured for a poultry farm in Yorkshire. The system incorporates our bespoke multi-port buffer vessel and full Trend Controls software, providing seamless integration with the site's ventilation system and enabling intelligent bi-valent control alongside the existing biomass plant.

A great example of combining renewable and conventional heat sources to deliver resilience, efficiency, and reliable operation for a critical agricultural process.

Chinese Hairy Crab is an interesting dish 🤢

Fantastic first day at the Alpha ESS C&I factory here in Shanghai.

The scale of the operation is incredible — top-tier manufacturing, impressive testing setups, and seriously efficient processes.

We wrapped the day with a great session on future projects and some bespoke DC overrating solutions to help navigate UK constraints.

Huge thanks to Mark, Bill, and the whole team for the warm hospitality.
I’m still undecided on the deep-fried hairy crab for dinner though… 😳

Exciting progress today! 🚛 Another Bavenhill battery cabin is on the move, heading to a Lincolnshire poultry site for delivery this Monday.

By oversizing the solar system by 400% beyond the DNO limit, this project unlocks 4x the annual savings for our customer. Paired with a 516kWh expandable battery, the site will be able to use up to 95% of its own clean, self-generated energy 🌍⚡.

Our team has already installed 500kWp of solar on-site, now ready to connect with the battery system — keeping the project ahead of schedule and the farm on track for a greener, more efficient future! 💡🐓

As always fantastic work from the Bavenhill team!
