Semi-skilled labourer (all rounder) required for a busy residential building company. Our next project is due to start in Midhurst, West Sussex in March.
Avbase Building Services is a family-owned building company operating mainly in Surrey, Sussex and London areas. We undertake complete property renovations, garage conversions, extensions, loft conversions, bathroom-kitchen renovations, knock throughs etc. covering most aspects of building work. Experience in this kind of work is essential.
The successful applicant must be happy to work as part of a team or alone. Work is largely carried out in Surrey, Sussex & London areas; therefore, the applicant must be able to drive by own van and must have own tools. Having a valid CSCS card would be ideal. Excellent rates of pay depending on experience and skill set + possible performance related bonuses.

TASKS REQUIRED: Assisting our team of tradesmen with most aspects of building work. Keeping the site clean, plaster boarding, insulating, demolition, picking up materials when required, tidying and cleaning after each day.
The ideal candidate
-must have own transport and basic tools
-must be reliable, friendly, practical, resourceful and keen to improve skill level
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
