Full en-suite re-fit by us out Stourscombe

⚒️ Rotten Floorboards replaced.
⚒️ Walls battened and boarded with tile board.
⚒️ Custom shower tray base and step made.
🚿 Plumbing adjusted for new layout as well as new waste outlets installed on the exterior.
💡 New electrics added for extractor fan and mirror light.
➡️ Floor tiles and shower base tiles installed.
➡️ Shower base fitted and the wall tiles added.
️➡️️ Plastered remaining wall.
➡️ Units and toilet installed then finished with clear silicone.

Plumbing supplies from Victoria Plumbing. Tiles from Topps Tiles. Board, plaster and consumables from Bradfords.

Oak Staircase installation for a lovely client in Trewen a few weeks back. The staircase was made in house by Cliffords Joinery ltd and installed by us.

⚒️ Old staircase removed and site cleared.
🪚 Stringer line mapped and cut for a tight fit in to the upstairs panelling and skirting.
🪚 Stairs fitted to newel then levelled.
🪚 Dowels applied with grain match then chiselled / sanded back with 320 grit for a smooth finish
🪚 Wall panelling, skirting and dado rail cut to size for snug fit of the landing newel.
🪚 Landing hand rail and bottom plate measured and cut for a clean return into the wall.
🪚 Spindles and spacers cut to size and top spacers applied with 2nd fix nailer then filled with an oak sawdust / PVA mix to match wood.

We are now officially City & Guilds certified for our carpentry works. So if there's any 1st or 2nd fix carpentry work that you want doing feel free to drop us a line.

Recent job of ours in Tregadillet. Customer needed rotten fascias replaced and a full external paint of the house and outbuilding.

🧹 Full acid wash down and pressure wash
🖌 Peel stop and zinnser applied where necessary.
🔨 Old fascia boards removed where necessary and replaced with new whilst maintaining original soffit.
🪚 Box ends built and prepped.
🖌 Fascia and soffit primed and painted as well as the walls.
⚒️ Black dry verge installed in line with the house decor.

Scaffold supplied by M&J Scaffolding. Wood supplied by Bradfords and the paint was supplied from Painters Paradise.

In progress painting job in Altarnun.

➡️ Cleaned with sodium hypochlorite and pressure washed.
➡️ Paint peel repair added to affected areas.
➡️ Waterered down paint and primer added to bare render.
➡️ Finished with 2 coats of Cornish Cream.
➡️ Soffit and Fascia sanded back and colour matched with the Mahoghany windows.

Recent job completed in Lewannick. Internal and external painting as well as plastering.

➡️Exterior cleaned with sodium hypochlorite and pressure washed.
➡️All walls and woodwork sanded prior to painting.
➡️Major defects filled and zinnser stain protect added where necessary.
➡️Kitchen render pulled off and SBR added.
➡️Hardwall applied to fill out the wall.
Skim finish and blended in keeping with the original render work.
➡️ Bare plaster primed and 2 coats of paint added to all interior / exterior walls, ceilings, and woodwork.

🖌 Walls prepped by sanding, adding a bonding coat where required then finished with pre-grit ready for plastering.

🪚 Stud wall raised, and doorlining fitted and boarded ready for plastering and door fitment.

⚒️ All walls then plastered and door fitted ready for painting and 2nd fixing.
