The service I provide begins with a site survey followed by drawing up initial, preliminary plans which leads to a planning application if required. Pending approval from planning this then follows on to detailed, construction drawings to satisfy building control. In addition to building control approval I also work with other key actors in the process such as Structural Engineers and SAP Assessor

s which involves input and knowledge by way of energy efficiency. Throughout this process I adhere to all the current rules and regulations in the industry. I have 20 years experience within this industry having worked in architect offices and taken sole responsibility for a wide range of projects.
