Our customer wanted the top of their wall tidied and made good. We took the old bricks off and used some old bricks they had around.
The wall looks a lot tidier and is also much better protected from the weather.

Sometimes a little TLC is all you need to smarten up the garden wall.

The new build in Westport is flying up. Almost ready for joists. The team are loving being back doing new builds.

After a couple of very late shifts and a lot of careful building we managed to get the fireplace rebuilt and secure. It is now safely holding up the chimney above.

In time it will be plastered and have an oak lintel fitted. Then a log burner installed. It will look amazing.

Today we started uncovering an old fireplace that had been boarded up and plastered, this is what we found behind the plasterboard 😭😭😭. We very quickly had to make it safe and get it propped. Unbelievably it has been like this for a few years.

Now to take it down and rebuild safely so the customer has a feature fireplace in their living room.

This week we started a new project, a new build house we are only contracted to do the masonry for. A couple of days down and a great start so far.

New build masonry is our bread and butter and it’s great to be back at it.

After some much needed time off it’s great to be back and picking up where we left off.
Stone work pillar at the ongoing project in Pitney.
We are only here to do the stone work but we cannot wait to see how this project looks once it’s done. It’s going to be incredible and our stone work is going to be a huge feature.
