Lexands Stoves 🔥 Fireplaces and woodburning stoves, installed with passion.

Wherever we go, we can't help ourselves — we're always on the lookout for a beautiful fireplace, and this one at Carlisle stopped us in our tracks (pardon the pun).

This would've been the heart of the old first class waiting room, keeping travellers warm over a century ago. Fireplaces like this were never just functional; they were a statement, a gathering point, the thing a room was built around.

That's exactly what gets us excited about what we do. A well-designed fireplace or stove isn't just heating — it's the feature that makes a room feel like somewhere you want to be.

Also did you know that all the clocks on the mezzanine are set to 6:48pm because the station was opened in 1848. ⏰🕥🕰️🕦
Anyone else find themselves fireplace-spotting wherever you travel? 😄

❄️ Winter's well and truly here! There's a definite chill in the air now, and this photo just about sums up how we're feeling about it. 🔥🐾

Nothing beats that warm glow and the crackle of a real fire on a cold evening, curling up somewhere cosy and just letting the world slow down for a bit.

If your home's missing that feeling, now's the perfect time to sort it. Get in touch with Lexands Stoves and let's get your new woodburner booked in before the really cold nights set in.

🔥🥰That first fire of the season. 🥰🔥

There is nothing quite like the lattice or trellis door Stove to give that style and elegance to your fire.

The glow through the glass, the crackle of the logs, the warmth spreading through the room. This beautiful stove installation is a perfect example of what we love about our job at Lexands Stoves — turning a cold hearth into the heart of the home.

Whether you’re after a classic cast-iron look like this one, or something sleek and modern, we design and install woodburning stoves and fireplaces built to last a lifetime.

📍 Based in Dumfries & Galloway, serving Scotland down and down through into the English borders.

Nothing beats the crackle of a real fire on a thundery day, not sure if you’ve had the awful thunder ⚡️and rain 🌧️ ?, but I’m NOT moving. 🔥 Dropping the temperature outside just means leveling up the cozy vibes inside. Staying right here all evening. ☕✨

18/08/2026

Double the view, double the cozy. 🪵🔥
There is nothing quite like a double-sided log burner to blur the lines between spaces and keep the whole floor feeling like home. 👇

Nothing beats this vibe. 🐾🔥
The woodburner is roaring, the room is perfectly cozy, and someone has officially claimed their spot. Who else has a dog that refuses to move once the fire gets going? 👇
