🌙📹 STILL WATCHING YOUR CCTV IN BLACK & WHITE AT NIGHT?

It’s time to see the difference! 👀

Traditional CCTV cameras often switch to black-and-white infrared images after dark.

But with Hikvision ColourVu, you can capture full-colour footage around the clock, in suitable lighting conditions.

💚 WHY DOES COLOUR MATTER?

🚗 Better identification of vehicle colours
👕 Clearer clothing descriptions
🔎 More useful visual detail
🌙 Improved low-light visibility
🏡 Greater awareness of what’s happening around your property

When something happens, the details can make all the difference.

TSM supplies and installs professional Hikvision CCTV systems tailored to homes, businesses, schools and industrial premises.

💬 Would you rather have black-and-white or full-colour CCTV at night?

🚨📹 OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW! 💚

12 CAMERA CCTV UPGRADE COMPLETED IN STEYNING! 🔥

Another successful project completed by TSM Ltd, and another property benefiting from the latest CCTV technology!

We were recently contacted by a new customer in Steyning, West Sussex, who was unhappy with the service they had received from their previous security installer.

After discussing their concerns and assessing the existing system, we carried out a complete 12-camera upgrade, replacing the ageing cameras with the latest Hikvision ColorVu IP technology.

🎥 THE DIFFERENCE? NIGHT AND DAY!

✅ 24/7 COLOUR IMAGES – No more relying on traditional black-and-white night-time footage.

✅ TWO-WAY AUDIO – Hear and communicate through the cameras using compatible devices.

✅ CRYSTAL-CLEAR IMAGES – High-definition footage for improved visibility and security.

✅ SMART DETECTION – Intelligent technology to help identify potential security threats.

✅ REMOTE VIEWING – Keep an eye on your property from your smartphone, wherever you are.

💚 WHY TSM?

At TSM, we believe security is about more than just fitting cameras.

It’s about providing the right equipment, professional installation and, most importantly, reliable ongoing support.

With over 25 years of industry experience, we take pride in delivering systems our customers can depend on.

🏫 FULL LIBRARY / IT ROOM REFURBISHMENT | BRIGHTON

Another fantastic education project completed by TSM Ltd — and handed over ahead of schedule. ✅

For this college in Brighton, we managed the complete refurbishment from initial rip-out through to final handover, giving the client one point of contact throughout the entire project.

The works included:

🛠️ Full rip-out & project coordination
📐 Design and layout
🎨 Full decorating
🧱 New flooring
⚡ Electrical installation
🌐 Cat6A data cabling
🖥️ New Library / IT workspace

By coordinating the different trades under one project, everything flowed smoothly from one stage to the next — resulting in a high-quality finished space that was completed and handed back to the college ahead of programme. 👏

🤝 A big thank you to our trusted contractors, PW Builders, JB Electrics and GRD Decorators, who worked alongside us to help get this project over the line. A great team effort from everyone involved.

Working within education environments is something we take seriously, with the TSM team and contractors involved in the project Enhanced DBS checked.

The end result is a modern, practical and future-ready Library / IT Room, ready for students and staff to enjoy.

📡 NO CABLE ROUTE? NO PROBLEM. 👀

Another security upgrade completed by TSM Ltd, this time at an industrial site in Brighton, where we needed to extend CCTV coverage into an area where installing a traditional hardwired network connection wasn’t the most practical solution.

Our answer? A secure wireless network bridge combined with Hikvision TandemVu PTZ technology. 🔥

📡 WIRELESS NETWORK BRIDGE
Providing a reliable network connection between areas of the site without the disruption and cost of installing extensive new cabling.

🎥 HIKVISION TANDEMVU PTZ
Combining wide-area coverage with powerful PTZ capabilities, allowing operators to maintain an overview of the site while investigating activity in much greater detail.

🔎 SEE MORE. MISS LESS.
Ideal for monitoring large industrial areas, yards, boundaries, entrances and other locations where conventional fixed cameras alone may not provide enough coverage.

🏭 BUILT AROUND THE SITE
Rather than forcing a standard solution to work, we design the infrastructure around the customer’s property and requirements.

This is exactly where CCTV and networking come together — getting a camera into position is only half the job. Getting a fast, stable and reliable connection back to the system is just as important.

From wireless links and fibre infrastructure to 4K CCTV, ANPR, access control and gate automation, TSM can bring everything together as one complete solution.

🌐 BUILDING THE NETWORK BEHIND THE TECHNOLOGY | WORTHING

Another project progressing well for a high school in Worthing, with TSM installing new fibre backbone and Cat6A structured cabling as part of the school’s infrastructure upgrade. 🏫

This is actually 1 of 2 projects we currently have underway for the school, continuing our work supporting education sites across Sussex.

⚡ Fibre backbone cabling – providing high-speed links between key areas of the site
🔌 Cat6A data cabling – delivering a fast, reliable and scalable network infrastructure
🗄️ Structured cabinet installation – professionally organised ready for final termination and commissioning
📈 Future-ready infrastructure – designed to support the school’s current requirements while providing capacity for future technology

We’re now at the final stage of this project.

We’re waiting for the bespoke benching to be installed, after which our engineers will return to terminate, pair test and label every final connection, ensuring the installation is fully tested, documented and ready for use.

🎯 The target: everything completed and ready for the students to use after the October half-term.

It’s the parts you don’t always see that make the systems you do see work reliably.

From fibre and structured cabling through to CCTV, access control, gate automation and electrical works, TSM can provide the infrastructure and security systems as one complete package.

🔐 SECURING LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS — IT’S ABOUT MORE THAN JUST LOCKING A DOOR.

Another Paxton Net2 access control installation completed by TSM, this time for a brand-new Hair & Beauty salon within an academy in Brighton. 🏫✂️

This room presented a particular security requirement. With chemicals and specialist salon products being stored and used inside, it was important that access could be restricted to authorised users and that students couldn’t simply enter the area unsupervised.

That’s where Paxton Net2 comes in. 👇

🔑 Controlled Access — access can be limited to authorised users with individual credentials.

📋 Audit Trail — the academy can monitor access events, helping provide visibility of who has accessed the room and when.

🚪 Secure Door Control — replacing reliance on traditional keys with a centrally managed electronic access solution.

🛡️ Safer Learning Environment — helping prevent unauthorised access to areas containing chemicals and specialist products.

⚙️ Flexible & Scalable — users and permissions can be easily managed as the academy’s requirements change.

For education sites, access control isn’t just about security — it’s also about putting the right controls in place for different areas of the building.

From one specialist room to complete site-wide access control, TSM can design, install and maintain a solution around the way your school or academy operates.

🔐 YOUR GATE. YOUR CONTROL. FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. 🌍📱

2nd fix complete on this new Hikvision video intercom and gate entry system for a commercial / industrial unit in Brighton.

This project was completed along side Regency Ironworks Ltd , a company we work very closely with and have built an outstanding working relationship with. It’s always great working alongside a team that shares our focus on quality workmanship and delivering the right finished result for the client. 🤝

The new system gives the site multiple ways to securely control entry:

📱 Mobile app access – answer calls and open the gate from virtually anywhere
📺 On-site entry tablet – see and speak to visitors before granting access
🔢 User-specific PINs – individual codes for authorised users
🎥 Video intercom – clear communication and visual verification at the gate
🚧 Integrated gate control – security, communication and access brought together in one system

Another great example of TSM working alongside trusted partners to deliver a complete, professional solution from installation through to handover.

🏭 PHASE ONE COMPLETE | WEST SUSSEX

Phase One of a major security and infrastructure upgrade is now complete at this industrial estate in West Sussex. ✅

We’ve started with the installation of a new Hikvision 4K IP CCTV system, designed to provide high-quality coverage across key areas of the estate and give the client a solid foundation for the next stages of the project.

But CCTV is only one part of this one.

The complete TSM package will incorporate:

📹 4K IP CCTV – high-definition surveillance across the estate
🔐 Access Control – controlling and monitoring access to key areas
⚡ Electrical Works – supporting the new security infrastructure
🚧 Gate Automation – secure and efficient control of vehicle and pedestrian access

By delivering the different elements as one integrated package, we can design the CCTV, access control, electrical infrastructure and gate automation to work together from the outset rather than treating them as separate systems.

Phase One complete. More to come from this project. 👀

🔐 ANOTHER SCHOOL PROJECT HANDED OVER ON TIME ✅

Another successful installation completed by TSM Ltd, this time for a school in Kingston.

The project involved upgrading the access control across two pedestrian gates, helping the school better control who can enter the site while maintaining a clean, professional finish.

As part of the installation we provided:

🔑 Paxton access control across both gates
🚪 Full-length CDVI handle magnets providing secure magnetic locking
🎨 Custom fabricated & sprayed enclosures, specifically finished to complement the aesthetics of the existing buildings
📋 Controlled user access, allowing the school to manage who can enter and when
🏫 A solution designed specifically around the requirements of a busy education environment

For us, security installations shouldn’t just work well — they should look like they belong there too.

Another project designed, installed, commissioned and handed over on schedule. 👌

🔐 SOMETIMES IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT INSTALLING NEW — IT’S ABOUT PUTTING THINGS RIGHT.

Another entrance secured by T.S.M Security & Communications — and this one required a little more attention than originally planned.

Unfortunately, we inherited a few issues from works previously carried out by another contractor, so before completing our installation, our team identified the problems, put them right and made sure everything was finished to the standard we expect. 💪

As part of the new gates and fencing, attention to detail was key.

One finishing touch was a custom fabricated gate handle, professionally sprayed to match the new gates and fencing — because even the smallest details should look like they were designed to be there. 👌

✅ Previous installation issues rectified
✅ New gates & fencing
✅ Bespoke fabrication
✅ Custom sprayed gate handle
✅ Access control
✅ Professional commissioning & handover

At TSM, we’re not interested in simply getting a system working.

Thank you to Dean Dowsett Themotorworks @ Regency Ironworks Ltd for getting this project handed over on time 💪

We want it installed correctly, finished properly and built to last.
