✨ BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION ✨

Another complete bathroom renovation by MM Property Renovations 🔨🛁

This one involved a full reconfiguration of the original layout to completely transform the space.

We demolished and relocated the existing cupboard wall, created a new dedicated washing-machine cupboard, moved the toilet into the main bathroom and relocated the bath beneath the window.

The transformation included:

• New stud walls, boarding & plastering
• Major plumbing alterations
• Toilet relocated & soil pipe boxed in
• Bath relocated beneath the window
• Wall-mounted vanity & countertop basin
• Floor-to-ceiling large-format tiling
• Fully tiled floor
• New lighting & extractor fan
• New towel radiator
• Bronze-effect brassware throughout
• Rainfall shower & bath screen
• LED mirrored cabinet
• New doors & finishing work throughout

A massive transformation from what we started with! 👌

🚽 CLOAKROOM TRANSFORMATION 🚽

Another one completed by MM Property Renovations 🔨

This little cloakroom certainly turned into more than just a straightforward refit!

We stripped the room right back and uncovered plenty along the way. Plumbing was altered and hidden, the brickwork around the window was repaired and strengthened, and a new lowered ceiling was installed before fitting the oak beams to bring some character back into the room.

The finished cloakroom now features a concealed cistern and back-to-wall toilet, heated towel rail, tiled floor and half-height tongue-and-groove style panelling.

We also stripped back the old plaster above the toilet to expose the original brickwork — definitely one of my favourite features of the finished room. 👌

A massive transformation and a good example of just how much work can go into even the smallest room in the house!

✨ Bathroom Transformation Complete! ✨

This project was much more than just a bathroom renovation – it was a complete transformation from the ground up.

We knocked through the dividing wall between the old bathroom and separate WC to create one spacious, luxurious bathroom. During the renovation, we also replaced a crumbling structural lintel above the window and carefully rebuilt the brickwork above it to properly support the roof structure.

Behind the scenes, we disconnected and removed the old rusty iron pipework throughout the house before completely re-plumbing the hot and cold water supplies with a modern system. We stripped out all of the old lath and plaster, installed tile backer boards throughout the shower area, and fitted moisture-resistant plasterboard everywhere else. The old doorway was blocked up, the ceiling was overboarded, and the entire room was freshly plastered to create the perfect blank canvas.

The new layout allowed us to install:

🛁 A luxurious freestanding bath with wall-mounted Chatsworth taps.

🚿 A spacious 1700 × 800 walk-in shower featuring a Chatsworth exposed chrome valve, rainfall shower head, and elegant fluted glass screen.

🪞 A traditional floor-standing vanity unit with a marble worktop, inset basin, and illuminated LED mirror.

🚽 A classic close-coupled toilet.

To finish, we laid stunning black, grey and white terrazzo tiles to both the shower enclosure and the floor, creating a timeless, high-end finish.

A huge thank you to our customers for trusting us with their home—it was a pleasure bringing this vision to life.

✨ Kitchen Transformation Complete! ✨
Another fantastic kitchen refurbishment completed by MM Property Renovations.
Our client took care of the rip-out themselves, leaving us to bring their vision to life. We altered the plumbing to suit the new layout, carried out patch plastering where needed, and installed these beautiful Howdens sage green kitchen units.
We then expertly cut and fitted a stunning U-shaped oak-effect laminate worktop with an overhang to create a practical breakfast bar—perfect for family meals, entertaining, or your morning coffee. To complete the look, we finished it off with a stylish metro-effect square-edge tiled splashback, tying the whole kitchen together beautifully.
The flooring was expertly installed by Han Aura Flooring, putting the finishing touch on this modern, fresh space.
