A few pictures from jobs we’ve been working on over the last 12 months. Just a small portion of what we’ve been up to, as usual I’ve been useless at posting many jobs on here but the team are continually hard at work.

A rear extension that we completed last year. I never got the best pictures of this one but the customer sent me some of the inside and what a transformation. Only a small build but with removing the back wall of the house it opened out into an amazing kitchen/diner, and adding the sky pod for more natural light was a great touch.

Hi all,
It’s been a while since my last post on here, last March I took a job that looked a great opportunity, unfortunately that didn’t work out as advertised so as of April this year Squires Building was back up and running.

Same deal as last time, great team working with us and great sub contractors also, if you require any building work quoting for please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Another extension we completed earlier this year.

A relatively wasted and unused space behind the garage transformed into this amazing family room. After removing the outer house wall and also taking a section of the garage, theses customers were left with not only a kitchen/diner, but also an extra lounge area with plenty of room for the kids to play.

Here’s a small rear extension that we’ve recently finished. Although the extension itself wasn’t the biggest, once the house wall was removed, it created an amazing open plan area for the new kitchen, leading into the sunroom complete with roof lantern and full height windows flooding the whole space with natural light.

Another dashing job we finished before Christmas. House and garage completely knocked off and re-dashed. New up and over garage door and new side door installed, new fascia’s, verges and gutters right round. Also stonework to the front of the house pointed.
