A recent transformation completed for a loyal supporter and customer of Poppy Properties. 🌺

This area had become difficult to keep on top of, so we stripped it right back and created something much cleaner and easier to manage.

✨ WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! ✨

Ahead of winter, this customer wanted their driveway and surrounding paths cleaned up and refreshed — and what a difference! 👌

A thorough clean to remove years of dirt, moss and weeds, followed by fresh kiln-dried sand worked back into the block paving joints.

The original colour has come right back through and the whole property looks brighter, cleaner and much better maintained. 🏡

Sometimes you don’t need to replace it, a professional clean can completely transform it.

A recent commercial job completed ✅

Previous water ingress had caused significant staining, flaking paint and deterioration to the finish across this entrance area.

Once the source of the water ingress had been resolved, we got to work restoring it properly.

Another call-out completed this week by the Poppy Properties team! 💪🌺

A customer got in touch needing their driveway extended with concrete to make access easier and safer for wheelchair use.

A great day’s graft getting this completed, but most importantly, it meant we could help someone who needed the work doing quickly. ❤️

What a transformation on this one!

We took this room right back, fully re-plastered the walls and ceiling, then finished it off with a fresh, clean paint job ready for the new carpet.

From tired and dated ➡️ bright, smooth and completely refreshed.

What a difference! 👌🌺

A complete transformation of this tired old tarmac pathway, replacing it with beautiful Indian sandstone paving to create a much smarter, cleaner finish.

The new paving has been laid in a natural mixed-size pattern and finished with contrasting dark edging and resin joints, giving the pathway a sharp, high-quality finish.

It’s amazing how upgrading an overlooked area like a side path can make such a big difference to the overall appearance of a property. 🏡

🌿 Paving Project Progress 🌿

Great progress being made on our latest Indian sandstone paving project! 👌

The transformation is really starting to take shape, with the new paving making a huge difference to the side access.

There’s still a little way to go before we can call this one complete:

🔨 Rendering to finish in the rear garden
🧱 Coping stones to install
🪨 Remaining Indian paving to complete
📐 Edging stones to finish everything off neatly

It’s all coming together nicely! 🙌

🔨 A GREAT FEW DAYS FOR THE POPPY TEAM! 🔨

When it comes to laying a large area of paving, preparation is everything! 👌

The first stage of this project has now been fully dug out, prepared and compacted, and we’ve made a great start laying the Kandla Grey Indian sandstone.

There’s still plenty to go, but it’s brilliant to see the transformation beginning to take shape. The team have certainly put a shift in this week! 💪
