🔹 Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a strong Health and Safety culture.
* Write policies, procedures, and manage management systems.
* Attend client, internal, and contractor meetings.
* Conduct site inspections, audits, and accident investigations.
* Implement HSQE strategy and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits.
* Prepare reports and determine corrective actions.
💼 Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in Civil Engineering or construction industry.
* Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Independent and proactive approach to health and safety.
* NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) and NEBOSH Environmental certificate desirable.
* Familiarity with ISO systems and CDM preferred.
