This bathroom was installed a little while ago by myself and Kieren from Ivy Rae Carpentry.

The old bathroom had many issues including rotting floor boards and pipework that was poorly installed and just showing its age.

We completely stripped it back to concrete and bare walls replacing all pipework, plaster board, floor boards and insulation that had damage.

Replacing a quadrant shower, standard bath and tired toilet & basin for a walk in shower, free standing bath and toilet/basin unit, we have completely transformed this bathroom.

Kieren has been brilliant to work with, his knowledge and skill are second to none and I can’t thank him enough for the help on these projects check out his page for any carpentry needs.

We were recently asked by our local petrol station checkpoint to install new pipework for a Costa coffee machine ☕

This included both the cold water feed and waste pipe installation, all neatly routed internally and externally to ensure a reliable and tidy setup.

From first fix through to completion, everything was installed to a high standard and ready for the machine to be up and running without any issues.

We’ll also be returning soon to replace an existing external waste pipe that’s currently damaged and poorly installed, bringing it up to the same standard as the rest of the work.

Another bathroom transformation completed!

This one wasn’t just about the looks a big focus was on upgrading the plumbing to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We installed a new shower system with updated pipework for consistent pressure and reliable temperature control, along with properly routed drainage to keep everything flowing as it should.

The new toilet and sink were fully plumbed in with fresh connections, isolation valves, and waste pipes, ensuring easy maintenance and long-term reliability. Attention to detail behind the scenes is just as important as the finish you see.

Finished off with herringbone effect shower panels for a modern touch and LVT flooring for durability and style a solid all round upgrade.
