Our recent loft conversion completed with an additional en-suite added to the property

Installing a new staircase, taking the loft back to timbers, adding in insulation, new lighting, plumbing and bathroom to get this existing part converted loft conversion up to current building regulations!

Once completed we went back to install some bespoke eaves storage making use of all the available space

This week, we’ve been carrying out internal alterations over in Prestwichβ€”all in just three days! πŸ’ͺ🏑

βœ… Structural knock-through with steel installationβ€”Leaving the steel below the ceiling line at the customers request
βœ… New loft hatch cut out and fitted
βœ… Fireplace transformationβ€”one opened up with a new oak beam, another prepped for boarding
βœ… Radiator alterationsβ€”One removed and two relocated for a better layout

While checking under the floorboards, we uncovered an unexpected issueβ€”the original supporting wall beneath the pillar had been removed at some point, leaving it structurally unstable. To ensure proper support, we rebuilt the wall so the new steel could safely rest on the pillar.

Job complete (for us) and the customers plasterers can come in and work there magic πŸͺ„

A job with a few surprise along the way, but nothing we can’t handle! πŸ”¨βœ¨
