"Oh well".......

Literally, out of various things I've found this year, and already exposing another issue in this garden which unfortunately the customers didnt know about....

Today i stumbled ( literally ) upon this beautiful old rain water well.... As stunning as it looks its sadly right in the way of the new retaining wall. Instead, after abit of thought the walls been moved forward and the old well is being kept as a feature in the garden..

If you have work booked in, please bear with me as I will be a couple of days behind as I will never leave a job unsafe, and my main priority is making the garden safe for the family and young children and dog too. This is going to be a stunning feature, the customer is very lucky to havw this little beauty even if it came as another shock after mondays encounter of other hidden surprises...

A small front grass area removed and gravelled with moon stone gravel and a high quality w**d membrane to keep the w**ds away in eggborough that we've recently completed for a customer.

Sorry everyone ive not updated for past week, been working by myself and pulled my back then following day trapped a nerve in my back and neck...

Still continuing but at a slower more calm and easier pace (because thats they type of idiot i am haha ) Jobs are running slightly behind because of this but im trying to keep on track as much as possible....
So here's a little glimpse at the extra bit of detailing and finishing touches we put into all our jobs. Once kerbs are installed for resin, we seal them to keep the colour in and ensure they wont discolour or weather. Simple touches make all the difference and finishing touches and finer details when the job is completed. Pride in every job without fail 👌

The start of a new project today...

This will be a low maintenance garden, so its easier for the elderly customer.

Our work varies week to week,Whether we build stunning gardens or beautiful patios for all the family's to enjoy, sometimes its different and nice just to know that your making somebody's life less stressful and so much easier for them.

Keep an eye on the whole job finished pictures in a few days time, theres a huge amount of stone to be put back in once its dug out to actual ensure its done properly and won't allow w**ds through, but also suitable for cars to park on too...

Hi everyone, a little update on the job so far.

For those who guessed rightly, theres a beautiful resin patio to be laid.

Sadly though, with this current heat this isn't and hasnt been possible this week so far...

But here's a picture of the finished sorayed cork render and base ive installed.

Cork from Spraycork UK, amazing service and an amazing product.

Ill make a separate post to explain the benefits of spray cork compared to tradional scratch cement based render another day, which will make sense as to why this has been chosen by our customers.

And a tar base, installed to be porous to let water drain through the resin ( a video will be posted explaining this over the next week)

The current temperatures are very unusual for all of us in the uk, but to lay resin or paving in this heat is asking for failure.

In the mean time, here's pictures of where we are up to so far. Enjoy the weather (if you can 🤣 ) and keep hydrated

Another 2 part outdoor space project started this week...

theres 2 parts to this job that will totally transform the look of this garden completely...

Part 1, rendering the walls to create a contemporary look, and cover over the tired brickwork and brickwork repairs...
With a basecoat and a cork sprayed render, we will change the aesthetics and looks and brighten up the area- ready for stage 2 next week...

Stage 2... this part is going to be amazing...
