Woodwork prepped and finished off in Aqua Guard satin.✅️

Walls finished off in Heritage Velvet matt Flax Seed.✅️

Panelling finished off in Heritage Velvet matt Green Slate.✅️

Woodwork finished off in white satin.✅️

Here's a full kitchen respray and redecoration i completed a few weeks back.

All units degreased & cleaned down.✅️

All prep work undertaken as usual✅️

Ceiling finished off in Ultra matt white.✅️

Walls finished off in Farrow & Ball Joa's White tinted into Heritage Velvet matt.✅️

All woodwork and kitchen units finished off in Farrow & Ball London Stone tinted into Aqua Guard satin.✅️

Floor is being tiled at a later date so will be back to finish skirtings/kickboards once fit.

Some graft has gone into this massive job

Just completed this huge hall stairs & landing along with 2 bedrooms/toilet/utility and a bay window & french doors & shutters.

Tonnes of prep work went into this job, from walls falling down due to previous water damage to cracks all over the place, rotting woodwork.✅️

The joys of old buildings!

Thanks to KJM Plastering for bailing me out with the plaster repair to the wall!✅️

All prep work undertaken as usual✅️

Hall stairs & landings:

Ceilings finished off in white Ultra matt, black beams didn't require doing.✅️

Walls finished off in Farrow & Ball Skimming Stone tinted into Heritage Velvet matt.✅️

Woodwork prepped & finished off in white Eggshell.✅️

1st spare bedroom:

Must of been 15 movement cracks in this small room so plenty to go at, all repaired!✅️

Ceiling finished off in white Ultra matt.✅️

Walls finished off in Farrow & Ball Skimming Stone tinted into Crown clean extreme due to supply issues at the warehouse.✅️

Woodwork finished off in white Eggshell.✅️

2nd spare bedroom:

Walls only in this room.✅️

Repaired damage to paper left after plaster patch up.✅️

Walls finished off in Heritage Velvet matt Flax Seed.✅️

Toiket and utility:

Water damaged fixed on the utility ceiling after part of it fell down.✅️

Ceiling in toilet in white Ultra matt.✅️

Walls in both rooms finished off in Farrow & Ball Wevet tinted into Heritage Velvet matt.✅️

Lounge:

Bay window and french doors & shutters prepped and sprayed in white Eggshell.✅️

WHAT A TRANSFORMATION!!!

I have been on and off this job since February due to waiting for staircase to be changed, custom doors made amd mosaic tile flooring being installed.

Still waiting on 7 doors being custom made so another visit left to complete fully but thought i would post anyway.

The amount of prep & work that has gone into this job is unreal and tested me over 3 floors 🥵😴!

Had to strip all the paper off from top to bottom which took some doing with years of layers of paint on top then wait for it plastering which again wasn't the best but we make do!✅️

All prep work undertaken as usual.✅️

I had to hand mold some coving to match the original due to a doorway being removed.✅️

Ceilings & original coving finished off in Ultra Matt white.✅️

Top walls finished off in Farrow & Ball Sky Light mixed into Clean Extreme.✅️

Bottom half finished off in Farrow & Ball Blue Black mixed into Clean extreme.✅️

Front door prepped & joints repaired using repair care flexi resin along with other defects.✅️

Front door finished off in Black Blue.✅️

Woodwork took quite a few coats to cover the dark green.✅️

Woodwork finished off in Aqua Guard satin.✅️

Few spaces left in November.
