Strip and Reslate in 13x9 cuppa heavy slate .

Installing new lead valleys and flat roofs .

Recent re roof complete in maidens ,

Complete strip install breathable membrane and re tile in smith grey modern Marley . With dry ridge and hips .

Also install velux widow in hip , and new chimney flashings .

Clad dormer in shiplap cladding with new facia,soffit and deepflow gutter , and install new flat roofs .

Strip existing timber cladding .
Re clad front face , install facia soffit box ends in rosewood .
And brown dry verge system to match .
