Today's completion was a nice big attic in Cupar again.
I was too ambitious with this one. Genuinely thought I could do this is 2 days while battling Jetlag.... Nope was very wrong.
Math for materials was wrong aswell but thats my issue for having my head in the clouds prior to my Holiday.
Vast amounts of storage space for this clienrs with additional handrail for extra support.
Sadly I did not fit this FAKRO ladder. But glad to see someone else supporting the brand.

Recently just moved at and wanted to make use out of their attic

As always where possible a FAKRO ladder is always installed. You dont get better lasting quality folks. Light weight, very easy to use but also very strong.

And as you should a raised platform is created to still allow air to circulate around the glass wool insulation.

I have just returned from Mexico On Sunday... and went right back to work on Monday.

This weekends client wanted to freshen and brighten up her lovely home with a more natural light oak shade of Engineered flooring

So to begin the old flooring was ripped up along with the old undeylay, which was facing the wrong way 🤣 that was nicely diposed of by the missus... she needs a wage now🤮

New performance rigid underlay was then fitted and slowly but surely this Oake and Grey "Brand name" flooring was laid which was amazing to work with.

Yes yes we did go with the beading option calm down... the reason for this is the client had already decorated and anyone wirh experience knows fine well the S**t show that begins when you start taking off skirtings im a house thats 100+ years old.

Anyway Boom jobs done ✔️
