New roof completed in burntisland high street, a couple of months ago

First time we've been asked to supply new welsh slates as they are a fortune compared to Spanish.

Everything stripped back.
Wood inspected and replaced where necessary.
Permavent red membrane.
Welsh celtics fixed with copper nails.
New pvc surrounds on windows.
Dormer roofs built up to tie in with existing flat roof.

Really need to start taking before pictures!

The team have just completed this re-pointing job for a returning property developer in kirkcaldy.

All loose cement removed.
All stone joints raked out to a minimum of 50mm.
Stone repairs carried out.
Re-pointed using a lime mortar mix.
Recessed 5-10mm to show up Stone.

The roof was stripped and all materials were responsibly recycled.

Timber was repaired as needed to restore structural integrity.

Siga 35 Spanish slates were expertly installed for a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Lead soakers were incorporated to ensure effective water management.

NHL 5 Hydraulic lime binder was applied to the sandstone, providing a long-lasting and sustainable solution.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Weather Warning Update ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Due to the severe weather forecasted for tomorrow and Saturday, we will not be attending emergency call-outs until the wind settles. While we understand that this may be obvious to most, we’ve had instances in the past where customers have expected immediate assistance, and we want to make sure this is clear.

We will continue to answer as many calls as possible, and if we are unavailable, please leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as we are able.

We expect the wind to start dying down saturday afternoon which is when we will start attending emergencys, we will also be out Sunday this week dealing with emergencys we will try our very best to get to you.

In the meantime, please stay safe during the storm! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

New deep flow guttering installed and two new skews for a property in aberdour.

Skews we're knocked out and completely re-done using lime mortar.
