Recent staircase renovation down in the borders. Plasterboard under stair removed and new glue blocks fitted as well as some wedges and backs of risers screwed up to try and stop squeaky staircase. Which in this case worked very well due to access underneath the stair. Traditional white newels and spindles replaced with twisted oak newels and spindles along with an oak wall rail and stringers clad in oak. Bringing a warm and classy look to the home. Staircase renovation in Glenrothes. Tired old fashioned mahogany newel posts and spindles replaced with prefinished oak stop chamfered newel posts with pyramid caps and smoked 10mm toughened glass into grooved hand and base rail. Bringing a lovely home back to life.

Last one for 2025. Staircase renovation completed just in time for Christmas in dunikier estate Kirkcaldy. Old ranch style rails and paramount partition removed and replaced with grooved oak for 10mm glass

Some before and after photos. Sapele doors and mahogany finishings removed and replaced with prefinished white doors and white finishings. Step down lounge done in oak with black spindles. Looks absolutely stunning now it’s all been redecorated and all new floor coverings down

Here’s a staircase we renovated in Glenrothes. It looks great now the carpets laid and the hall has been decorated also new doors skirtings and facings supplied by Addams in doors in Glenrothes. All aspects of joinery catered for.

Here are some before and after photos of a staircase renovation in Glenrothes. This couple had been wanting something done with their staircase for a while but had been told by a number of joiners that there wasn’t much they could do until they seen what I had done for their next door neighbour. Unsure whether to go for glass like their neighbour they opted for prefinished oak and Matt black metal spindles with a more practical continuous hand rail on the wall. Absolutely buzzing with the end result.
