👙A wee drive up to the coastal town of Lundin Links recently, luckily for the customer, I left my bikini at home as I had work to do 😎

🕵️‍♂️ Longterm problem with this heating system from new was the lack of heat upstairs. So we lifted the floor upstairs to begin our investigation.

💪 Pipework feeding around 5 radiators is a bit smaller than it should be and with no way of repiping without making the house look like the Tasmanian devil 😈 has been given free reign with a mash hammer we set about “balancing” the system

🔥🔥 Upstairs and downstairs now hotter than a nuked vindaloo. Customer was delighted that their heating system was now actually erm…… heating.

Recent bathroom work carried out for a local customer. Full room re plastered, ceiling lowered and traditional style cornicing installed by RDB Plastering . Customer is carrying out the final touches on woodwork (facings, bath panel etc) and is delighted with how this turned out.

Had to cut old bath out which meant it was near impossible to fit the replacement without taking tiles off.

🙈 10 bottles of elbow grease spray
🙈3 bottles of windowlene (all opened and one from 1999)
🙈32 green scouring sponges
🙈7 loose dried out Brillo pads
🙈copious supplies of food waste bags
🙈2 or 3 unused water bottles and a tartan flask I’m sure I’ve seen on antiques roadshow
🙈daz washing stuff in all forms possible (pods tablets and liquid)

‼️Customer reported a running water noise with no visible signs of a leak in property 💦

🕵️‍♂️ Hps super sleuth carried out some initial investigations and traced leaking lead water main to the rear of the property

🪏After some lovely excavation work (at least it wasn’t raining) 🌞 the leak was exposed, new pipe put into the property, flooring replaced and bathroom reassembled

🙈removal of wall hung gas heaters for a customer in Burntisland which were unbelievably still connected to the gas supply.

🔥carpets lifted, pipework capped and flue holes plugged.

🧺Plumbing installed for a washing machine in the mahoosive walk in cupboard
