The wall between the livingroom and dining room didnt allow the flow between the room. We decided to remove the wall and window from previous extension work. This allowed us to open up the space and allow a better flowing finish to the room. New flooring, a new centre piece with twin bioethanol fireplaces, recessed picture frame TV's and led lighting modernise this room. We also installed a drop down projector screen, with surround sound for the ultimate movie nights.

After making a mess of the ensuite which included removing the wall of the kids bedroom due to water damage, we obviously had to make that right and give it an upgrade in the process. After removing the coving and led coving installed, the decision was made to remove the electric shower from the main bathroom upstairs to give them a bigger wardrobe. The room was then painted and new carpet installed.

This very small ensuite is where we started. The shower was leaking and caused damage to the walls and flooring. All damage was removed and we started fresh. We decided to remove a hall cupboard and reduce the size of the built in wardrobe in the bedroom to open up the space and allow us plenty of room to transform this ensuite 😎

Hi everyone. Apologies if I haven't managed to respond to any messages over the last while. I've been a very busy man over the last year or so, with a huge commitment to a local property renovation. As you can imagine, this has taken up all of my spare time with some very long and stressful days.
