We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor 👷🏼♂️📐
We’re looking for an ambitious QS student, placement candidate, graduate or postgraduate who wants proper hands-on experience inside a growing residential construction company — not just a placement where you spend 12 months watching from the sidelines.
You’ll be involved with live projects across the West Midlands, including cost planning, take-offs, valuations, procurement, subcontractor enquiries, variations, budgets, profitability tracking and JCT contracts.
The working day will start with a morning visit to our Wolverhampton office, then depending on what’s required you’ll work from home, from site or attend project meetings.
The package will be built around the right person and includes negotiable pay based on ability, performance-related bonuses, company car and company phone, with genuine long-term progression available.
