These 2 large Pines were overhanging the house roof. The owners decided to have all the branches removed from above the roof.

Looking for a dedicated person to join our experienced team.

As a ground person you will assisting the team with hands on labour.

A full driving licence is essential with own transport.

A basic chainsaw certificate is desirable but not essential.

The hours of work vary day to day depending on each job and normally take place between the hours of 7.30am and 3pm Mon-Fri.

This job is offered on a self employed basis only. Rate is negotiable on experience.

A recent wind blown Beech.
The tree was weakened from the root and buttress rotting fungus Meripilus giganteus.
When mushrooms and fungus are spotted at the base of a large tree this is a good sign that the tree maybe unsafe and should be checked by a professional.

In one of the pictures you can see last years fungus which itself is rotten on the floor.

Section felling a row of large Leylandii in a rear garden.

A recent wind blown Cypress from the wind on Sunday. The tree cut up and removed and the stump then ground out.
The remaining soil is raked level and you could never tell there was ever a tree there!

All trees especially large and mature should be inspected regularly especially around high risk areas like footpaths or roads.
These trees in Brandesburton play park contained some dead branches which definitely pose a risk of falling.

A recent job we did severing Ivy on mature Ash and Oak trees.
Ivy growing on trees is not really acceptable in the urban environment. The extra weight and stress that is created on the tree can easily snap branches and stems so it is advisable the Ivy is severed at the base.

This is a tree planting job we carried out at a farm. The owners are having some buildings erected so as part of the planning application for the council we put a planting scheme together.
We planted 12 Silver Birch and a native Hawthorn hedge consisting of about 1000 plants.
