A LITTLE REMINDER FROM R CUNNINGHAM ROOFING 🏠
Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who has booked work with us throughout 2026. We genuinely appreciate every single customer who has chosen R Cunningham Roofing, recommended us to friends, family and neighbours, and continued to support our small local business.
We wanted to put out a little reminder and update, particularly now that the bad weather has returned and we are starting to see more customers discovering leaks and roofing problems that may not have been apparent during the better weather.
As the rain and wind have picked up again, we are also incredibly grateful to those who are recommending us to other people. Word-of-mouth recommendations mean so much to a small local business like ours, and we are receiving more and more enquiries as a result.
However, we do want to reassure everyone of one important thing:
WE ARE HERE — WE ARE JUST NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO GET TO YOU STRAIGHT AWAY.
Our diary remains extremely busy, and although we may not be able to attend immediately, please do not be put off from contacting us.
If you have a leak, damage or another roofing issue, please email us in the usual way. We can then get your details, understand what is happening and advise you as best we can. Where necessary, we can also look at temporary measures to help minimise further damage while you wait for the permanent work to be carried out.
Please don’t assume that because we cannot attend immediately, we don’t want to hear from you. We absolutely do.

The weather earlier in the year caused significant delays, with long periods of cold, wet and miserable conditions making it difficult to complete roofing work safely and properly. We have continued working through our diary and doing everything possible to keep to the provisional start dates given to our customers.
Our main diary remains closed until November. When it reopens, bookings will initially be for Winter emergency repairs and temporary works only, due to the shorter daylight hours, unpredictable weather and conditions required to complete permanent roofing work correctly.
Our Spring 2027 diary is already around half full, and we expect many of the emergency and temporary repairs carried out over the Winter will naturally lead into permanent repairs during 2027, once the weather and working conditions are suitable.
If you have already booked with us and are waiting for an update, please be patient. If you feel you have been missed, forgotten or overlooked, please email us. We would much rather hear from you than have you worrying that we have forgotten about you.
Finally, another important reminder:
R Cunningham Roofing is NOT associated with any other company or third party.
Thank you once again for your patience, understanding, recommendations and continued support. ❤️
R Cunningham Roofing — your local roofer you can rely on.
