Gully replacement! Homeowner had attempted to clear themselves, as you can see they’ve gone straight though the bottom of the trap leading to water making its way outside of the drain, this would have eventually lead to damp/subsidence if it had not been replaced.

What a house!😍 shame they’re getting rodents in and around the garden. Full rodent CCTV Survey carried out picking up defects to the foul & surface drainage.

Plastic rings within the MH buckled & failed causing access points for rodents to exit the drainage system

Section of plastic foul drainage split possibly leading towards rodents exiting the foul system.

Poorly saddled surface water connection into the mains with visible debris dragged in from rodents.

Temporary 100mm steel swivel b**g installed to the outfall of the whirlpool bath.

Couple of small repairs at a property in Hornsea, partially collapsed section serving the WC repaired, also broke out all the existing benching within the MH and re benched to stop further debris making its way downstream from the MH causing blockages within the Windsor Trap.

Enjoyed this one today. Brand new bottle gully installation at bottom of a driveway due to flooding. Tapped into the existing drainage serving the bathroom. Back this week to finish concrete. 🪏
