Another recent fit-only bathroom completed for Rich, Shar and family.

Although this bathroom had only been installed a few years ago its lifespan was cut short due to leaks and a lack of ventilation; causing mould.
We stripped the worst affected walls back and reboarded with moisture-resistant plasterboards, then applied a tanking system in the bath/showering area as standard. All damp floorboards taken up and replaced with moisture-resistant chipboard to give peace of mind.

New standard bath, Mira shower, PVC panelling on ceiling and walls, LV Click flooring, close-coupled toilet and 550mm basin unit with mixer tap fitted ✅

To prevent any future problems re-occurring and improve ventilation we cored out and fitted a new expelair fan, complete with 4 spots to replace a standard light.

PVC panelling throughout with herringbone LV Click flooring, L-shape bath with chrome thermostatic shower and bath filler tap. 1100mm combination unit with comfort height toilet and basin mixer tap, Anthracite 1600x500mm towel radiator.

A slight reconfiguration in layout including toilet and towel radiator relocation, a separate shower tray and freestanding bath(fitted back to wall) in place of L-Shape bath and shower. All maximising the room size and adding more practicality 👌🏻

All concealed fixtures in matt black, 450x900mm tiles on walls and floor; complimented by wood panel effect PVC wall panels. 🚽🚿🛁
