It breaks my heart to announce my wife Annie Armour-Chadwick sadly passed away on Thursday 11th June 12.45pm
Peacefully while holding my hand & surrounded by family, Mum, sisters, nieces & nephew at the Queens- Castlehill hospital, Annie's Funeral- celebration of life Friday 3rd July 10.30am At Haltemprice crematorium, Willerby.
No black please just happy & colourful,
