We’re delighted to announce that our Foundations Scheme has been shortlisted at the G4C Awards 2026! 🏆

Launched in 2016, the Foundations Scheme was created to help address the construction industry’s skills shortage by connecting education with industry and inspiring the next generation to consider careers in construction. Over the past decade, the scheme has continued to grow, supporting people at every stage of their career journey.

Through careers events, school workshops, work experience placements, site visits, industry talks, apprenticeships, and ongoing employee training and development, the Foundations Scheme helps raise awareness of the diverse opportunities available within construction while supporting the growth of both current and future talent.

This recognition reflects the passion and commitment of everyone involved in delivering the scheme and making a positive impact within our communities. A huge thank you to our ambassadors who have helped the Foundations Scheme grow and thrive over the years. Without their commitment, dedication and enthusiasm, we wouldn’t have been able to inspire so many young people, support future talent and strengthen the connection between education and industry. ❤️

Last Thursday, we were delighted to support the EcoBricks event at Hull Training and Adult Education in partnership with Wienerberger.

The event gave attendees the opportunity to learn more about sustainable construction materials, watch live demonstrations of EcoBricks, ask questions, and gain valuable insight into opportunities within the construction industry. 🏗️🌱

It was fantastic to see so many people engaging with the demonstrations and exploring how innovative products can help create a more sustainable future.
