Another roof brought back to life.

This dormer flat roof had reached the end of its service life, with the existing felt system beginning to fail.

We stripped the roof back, renewed the timber decking where required, and installed a brand-new high-performance torch-on mineral felt roofing system, ensuring all perimeter and upstand details were renewed for a long-lasting, watertight finish.

To complete the transformation, we also re-clad the dormer in new white maintenance-free uPVC, giving the property a much cleaner, sharper appearance while reducing future maintenance.
