A Swiss Army knife of the plumbing and heating game, there’s no challenge too big or too complex for Jamie. With a wealth of technical knowledge and fantastic customer service skills, Jamie has a real knack for finding the right solution while making sure clients feel looked after throughout a project 🤝

But Jamie’s role doesn’t stop on the tools. As the Plumbing & Heating Director, he also oversees the entire operation, driving high standards and ensuring that customers receive the exceptional service that they have to come to expect ✨

A proper grafter and a natural leader. We’re lucky to have Jamie at the helm of our plumbing and heating team 🙌

Ceddy 💪

If there’s a job to be done, a hand needed or something that needs sorting, you can pretty much guarantee Cedric is already on his way. Wherever help is needed, he’s there. On site, out and about or somehow managing to be in two places at once 😅

Cedric has been such a great addition to Fix. He’s the ultimate team player, always ready to step up when needed and with a fantastic attitude. We’re excited to see him continue to grow with the team! 📈

Two different sites. Two very different projects. Same standards.

We’ve currently got teams working across both MKM Stadium and a school project in Bridlington, and although the projects are completely different, one thing stays the same — how we set up and manage our sites.

Good health & safety isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about creating a safe, organised environment for our teams, other contractors and everyone using the site.

From secure site setups and clear signage to keeping work areas clean, controlled and properly managed, the standards shouldn’t change depending on where we’re working.

Different projects. Different locations. Same Fix standard.

Kamil has more skills than we’ve had hot dinners, and whatever the job, he brings an outstanding attitude and excellent workmanship every time 👏

When he’s not smashing it at work, Kamil is our resident ChatGPT expert 🤖 Regularly creating photos that have the whole team in stitches in the group chat. Swipe to see one of his finest creations… 🤣

The whole team love working with Kamil, and we’re lucky to have him on board. Here’s to plenty more great work (and questionable AI creations) in the future! ✨

Terry is our multi-skilled silver fox and a hugely valued member of the team. Often referred to as the “George Clooney of construction”, he has a knack for making everything look good… while looking good doing it too 😎

But it’s not just his skills that make Tez such an important part of the team. He’s always happy to share his knowledge, support those around him, and help others grow and improve every day 💪

We love having Terry on the team and look forward to continuing to learn from the Fix fountain of knowledge ⛲✨

Matt is our amazing tiler/unoffical therapist 😀 His work is always unbelievable on site and so is his attitude. His positivity is infectious and his selfless personality means he’ll always do whatever it takes to help the team out, both inside and outside of work.

Matt is such an asset to the company and we can’t wait to see his skill set continue to expand as we grow 📈

Jeremy is our amazing Contract Manager. He takes the lead on our front end; managing contracts, coordinating teams, and keeping every project running smoothly from start to completion while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Jeremy loves spending time with his family, trips in his motor home and giving back to the next generation 🫶

He’s been a fantastic addition to our team and we can’t wait to see where he takes Fix in the future 🚀

What a week! 🚀

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of hosting 3 brilliant work experience students this past week, and they completely knocked it out of the park.

From day one, they brought fantastic attitudes, tons of curiosity, and an incredible work ethic. They jumped straight in, working alongside our amazing team who loved sharing their expertise and guiding the next generation of talent, Jeremy even through in some vehicle checks.

A massive thank you to our team for being such great mentors, and a huge shoutout to our students for their hard work. The future is definitely bright! 🌟👏
