Elderly customer told me he had a quote for over £1000, as they told him they could smell and see damp.
I couldn't see and smell anything, just a few little mould spots from where the sealant around the door had failed after years.
I removed the old door sealant and replaced it with new, mould spots gone and painted with mould spray and then stain blocker.
Now all he needs to do is go over it cut in once sealant has cured with white emulsion.

He's one happy chap and a lovely gentleman.😁
People shouldn't take advantage of the elderly, it's not fair.

Finished in 2 days, 54m, longest fence I've ever built and it was hard work.
A little bit of an awkward garden, with it sloping in places so I had to do what I could to make it look good. 🔨🪚
Customers are very very happy with it, and now have a little more privacy 😁🙌

I also took the old warped and rotting garage door out and replaced it with a hardwood door chosen by the customer.
