A 3rd year boiler service on one of our installs done today on victoria dock 🧑🏻🔧 ☀️
Check for gas leaks ✅
Visual inspection of flue and boiler ✅
Check for signs of carbon monoxide leakage ✅
Clean burner, fan assembly, electrodes,
Injector, consdensate trap, and injector ✅
Flush main heat exchanger ✅
Check expansion vessel pressure and system water pressure ✅
Clean system filter and check water quality ✅
Test flue and safety devices ✅
Carry out gas rate and working pressures on boiler ✅
Check flue gas emissions and combustion efficiency ✅
Recorded service in the manufacturer’s installation manual ✅
