Completed on this stylish bathroom a couple of weeks ago.
The main focal point is a striking teal-green herringbone tile accent wall with a glossy, textured finish that stretches across the shower and vanity area. A white, freestanding shower-bath combo sits against the wall, enclosed by a sleek, black-framed glass screen and fitted with matching matte black hardware, including a rainfall showerhead.
To the left, a compact floating wooden vanity with a white ceramic sink is tucked into the corner beneath a small, round black-rimmed mirror. The space is illuminated by warm, recessed ceiling spotlights, and a small window brings in natural light, contrasting nicely with the dark, rich tones of the tile.

3 layer flat roof completed over 3 consecutive Saturdays this month. Original roof stripped, new 18mm OSB deck fitted on the one section, upper deck was fine and we replaced a couple of bits of rot. 3 layer torch on roofing felt applied, finished with a black cap sheet. Timber facia boards and guttering also replaced at rear. A render bell bead was finally fitted along the house wall and rendered back down where the felt lapped up the roof.

A bit of landscaping still do around it but it’s pretty much there. Built off a concrete base, cladded with shadow gap thermo wood cladding, flat roof construction with a 3 layer system, completed with aluminium bi-folding and a lovely utility kitchen from
