✨ Floor Tiling Transformation ✨

Another floor completed by The Tile Guys! Swipe to see the transformation ⏩️👌

For this project, we started by ripping up the existing slate tiles before preparing the floor properly with a self-levelling compound to create a smooth, even surface. We then installed a decoupling membrane to help accommodate movement in the substrate and provide a reliable base for the new tiles.

The finished floor features 400x400 grey stone-effect porcelain tiles, complemented by a light grey grout for a clean, modern finish that ties the whole space together. 🔥

As always, we believe the key to a quality tiling job is all in the preparation. Taking the time to get the foundations right helps ensure a finish that not only looks great but is built to last. 💪

FROM OLD & OUTDATED TO MODERN & TIMELESS

Another complete bathroom transformation finished, taking this tired, dated green bathroom and giving it a full modern makeover with a clean grey and matt black colour scheme.

This wasn’t simply a case of changing the tiles we carried out a full rip-out and complete renovation, stripping the room back and rebuilding it properly from the ground up.

🔨 Full bathroom rip-out – removing the existing suite, flooring and finishes to give us a clean canvas.

🪵 Brand-new subfloor – installing a completely new subfloor to provide a solid, level and suitable base for the new flooring.

⬜ Complete plastering – all necessary plastering work carried out to leave the walls and ceiling smooth, fresh and ready for the new finishes.

🩶 New LVT flooring – finished with modern LVT floor tiles, giving the room a durable, practical and stylish finish.

🚿 Brand new bathroom suite – new sanitaryware and bathroom fittings installed to completely modernise the space.

⬛ Grey wall tiling & matt black finishes – the combination of grey tiles and matt black details gives this bathroom a much more contemporary feel, while keeping the overall look clean and timeless.

From the initial rip-out right through to the final finishing touches, this was a full transformation, not just a cosmetic makeover.

The result is a completely refreshed bathroom with modern finishes, clean lines and a much more practical and stylish space. 👌

Another project completed from start to finish by the team. 🔥

🚿 BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION WITH PANELS

Here at The Tile Guys, we don’t just do tiles… we do panelling too!

For this recent bathroom renovation, we completely ripped out the existing suite and old Lino flooring before getting to work on transforming the space. We installed a larger shower tray and ran new pipework ready for a brand-new thermostatic shower, before panelling the entire room to create a clean, modern and easy-to-maintain finish.

We then installed a new shower enclosure, vanity unit, wall-hung toilet complete with a bidet toilet seat, and a stylish backlit mirror, finishing everything off with a brand new LVT floor to bring the whole room together.

This project is a great example of how you don’t always need to fully tile a bathroom to achieve a high-end finish. While we love fully tiled bathrooms, if you’re working to a tighter budget, panelling alongside a new suite can be a fantastic alternative and a great way to keep costs down without compromising on the overall look.

Whether you’re looking for a luxury bathroom renovation or a more cost effective bathroom makeover, we can help turn your ideas into reality.

Downstairs WC Transformation

Another downstairs toilet given a fresh new look by the team! 👌

For this one, our in-house plumber started by removing all of the existing suite items, giving us a clear space to get the tiling underway.

We then installed classic white metro tiles, finished with matching white trims for a clean and professional edge. The tiles were paired with a light grey grout, adding just enough contrast to highlight the brick-bond pattern while keeping the room bright and timeless.

Once the tiling was completed, our plumber returned to refit all of the suite items, bringing everything back together for a clean, finished result.

From plumbing to tiling, we can take care of the whole job under one roof. 🔨

From cramped to classy ✨

We completely gutted this bathroom and turned it into a modern dream. Slimline quadrant shower tray to open up the room, towel rail perfectly relocated next to the enclosure, and a stud wall built to support a floating vanity & backlit mirror.

The walls finished in 60x30 porcelain tiles, floor in 60x60 tiles - sleek, seamless, and built to impress.

We re-boarded and plastered the ceiling, installed new spotlights for the perfect glow along with a new extractor fan, and upgraded the old shaver socket to a built-in toothbrush charger!

Every bit of plumbing, carpentry, electrics, painting & decorating and tiling was all handled by our in-house team, from start to finish.

This is more than a renovation - it’s full service bathroom magic. 🛁 ✨ swipe to see the transformation 📲

Not just a makeover — a full transformation 🔨✨

This bathroom was completely stripped back to bare bones and rebuilt from the ground up. We installed a brand new subfloor, carried out full plastering, re-adjusted the external stack, and uncovered and rebuilt a curved ceiling with a new timber frame.

We cut down a wall to fit the enclosure perfectly and studded out alongside the chimney breast to maximise the space, and re run all the existing pipe work to the correct locations. Then installed a complete new bathroom suite and finished it all with clean, precise tiling for that seamless modern look.

To top it off, we fitted new spotlights and a sleek LED mirror to bring the whole space together with a bright, modern feel.

All work completed by our team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and plasterers to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
