Here I did some extensive first fix work to an old house in Cambridge:
- Ripped up all the old floor boards
- Installed new joists to support the stairs and a couple of old walls that were left floating after the removal of the floorboards as they were built directly on top of the floor
- Sistered in new joists to level the second floor
- Demolished a few walls and built multiple stud walls
- Took out some old rafters and installed new ones to support new Velux windows going in
- Cored out a few holes near the old Consumer Unit for cables to come through the wall
