Following on from my last post showing how really poor the condition was of this empty bungalow.
I've tried to illustrate and describe the steps from start to finish during the preparation stages.
Strip wall paper, wash all surfaces, scrape and seal walls, make good and then line.
All this was to get it to a level in which the painting side could then begin.
The whole bungalow was like this, the customer was very happy will how these old was now look as good as new... All about the attention to detail.

With 5k of easyfil used on these bathroom walls.. It certainly took preparation to another level! Free hand painted dado. Classy finish! Just the floor to be laid .

New panelling was added to this hall, stairs and landing. Once everything was fully painted, the result was fantastic!
