📸 AUGUST AT MG BUILDING MAINTENANCE! 🏠🔨

What a month it has been! August has been another busy one for the MG Building Maintenance team, with our crews out across West Norfolk working on a huge variety of projects.

From extensions and renovations to roofing, plastering, decorating, accessibility improvements and some fantastic Vuba resin installations, there's been plenty happening behind the scenes! 👷‍♂️💪

We've put together a little look back at some of what the team have been up to throughout August.

A massive well done to everyone involved. Your hard work, attention to detail and commitment to our customers doesn't go unnoticed. 💙

🏠 ANOTHER HOME TRANSFORMATION IN KING'S LYNN! 🔨

Our team have recently completed a fantastic set of works at a property in King's Lynn, including a full bathroom refit along with decorating the bedroom and hallway.

From refreshing the bathroom to giving the surrounding rooms a new lease of life, it's amazing what a combination of quality workmanship and a fresh finish can do! 👷‍♂️✨

Another project completed by Team MG, and another customer left with a home they're able to enjoy for years to come. 💙

🏠 A cracking start to another roofing project near King's Lynn! 🔨

The team have been busy this week getting started on a brand-new roof for one of our customers near King's Lynn.

The existing roof was no longer providing the safe, warm and weatherproof home it should, so we're constructing a completely new roof that will give the property the protection and quality it deserves for years to come.

It's been a fantastic start from Team MG, and we're looking forward to showing you each stage of the transformation as the project progresses.

🐶 THE OFFICE MANAGER HAS ARRIVED! 🐶

We’ve got some very important management support in the office this week… although his management style mostly involves supervising from a comfy spot, accepting treats and making sure everyone is working efficiently! 😂

Our four-legged colleague is with us for his final week before he heads back home to his owner, so we’re making the most of his presence while we can.

Morale is up, productivity is… debatable. 🐾😂

🧱 Brick by brick, this extension is really starting to take shape! 🏡

Our team are making great progress on this extension project near King’s Lynn, with the new walls steadily being built up and the project progressing exactly as planned.

There’s still plenty to do, but every brick brings us one step closer to the next stage of the build. Once everything has been built up safely and the current stage is complete, we’ll be ready to move things forward.

💦 The "slip & slide" is finally being removed! 😂

There’s a little work going on outside our King’s Lynn office today, with Anglian Water busy getting to the bottom of a leaking pipe. 💧🔧

But don’t worry — we are still OPEN as normal! 👋

So if you need to pop in and speak to the team, get some advice, arrange a quote or discuss your next project, you can still come and see us. 🏠🛠️

Hopefully once the repairs are finished, the only thing flowing outside the office will be the rain! 😂

Another project completed by Team MG Building Maintenance! 👏

Our latest project in **Swaffham** has given this garden a fantastic new lease of life. We replaced the customer's old slab patio with a **brand-new Vuba resin patio**, creating a clean, modern and durable surface for them to enjoy for many years to come.

No special feature or bespoke design on this one — just a quality resin surface that has completely refreshed the space and made the garden a much more enjoyable place to be. 🌿

A great result and another one successfully ticked off the list.

Another look at our **loft conversion project near King's Lynn**, where the team have been busy boarding the floors to create a safer and more easily traversable working area while the rest of the works continue. 👷‍♂️🔨

It's another one of those important stages that might not be the most glamorous, but making sure the team have a safe and practical workspace is essential as the project progresses.

And it's really starting to look good! 👀
