For World Mental Health Day on 10th October, we’re sharing a reminder to make mental wellbeing part of every day.

At IWEC, we know small steps matter—taking a break, checking in with a colleague and making time to talk.

Let’s keep looking out for ourselves and each other 💙💛

🎸 What an incredible evening! ❤️

We were so proud to support The Bar Hounds & Friends Rock Night at The Ffwrnes Theatre in Llanelli, and as one of the main sponsors.

It was such a privilege to be involved in an evening filled with amazing music, incredible talent and such a brilliant atmosphere — all while raising money for Ty Bryngwyn Hospice. ❤️

Supporting events like this, right here in our local community, is something we’re genuinely passionate about, so to be able to play a small part in helping raise money for such an important local charity means a lot to us.

A huge congratulations to everyone who made the night such a success, and thank you to everyone who came along, supported the event and helped make it such a memorable evening.

We’re so glad we could be part of it. ❤️🎶🤘

This week marks Mental Health Awareness Week - a great reminder for all of us to take a moment to check in with ourselves and the people around us.

Life can get busy, and it’s easy to overlook how we’re really feeling. Whether it’s work, family life, or just the day-to-day pressures, mental health is something we all have—and it’s important to look after it.

Sometimes, small things can make a big difference:
• Taking a break
• Getting some fresh air
• Talking to someone you trust
• Simply slowing down for a moment

At IWEC Electrical Services, we believe looking out for one another matters - both in and out of work. A quick check-in or a simple conversation can go a long way.

If this week encourages even one person to speak up or reach out, it’s a step in the right direction.

Let’s keep the conversation going 💙
