To elevate the design even further, we carefully continued the same stone onto the upstairs landing, creating a seamless flow and a timeless, elegant finish that brings the whole home together beautifully.

Another bathroom renovation completed and handed over today – the third and final bathroom we've completed in this property.
All tiling work was carried out by Tile Trendz, creating a clean, modern finish throughout. Alongside the bathrooms, the entire ground floor was tiled in natural stone, and we've now started extending the same stone flooring upstairs through the landing and corridor to create a seamless flow throughout the home.
A fantastic project to be involved in, and a big thank you to the customer for putting their trust in us across multiple stages of the renovation.

Another transformation completed ✅

We removed the old carpets from two bedrooms and the landing, secured and prepared the floor structure with cement boards, then installed a durable tiled finish throughout.

The customer has dogs and cats, so tiles were the perfect choice – much easier to keep clean, more resistant to wear and tear, and ideal for busy family homes.

A practical, low-maintenance solution that also gives the upstairs a fresh, modern look.

Never an easy job when you walk onto a site
where everything’s being done backwards

😅 Not the way I’d usually plan things, but the job was booked in and the owner wanted it pushed ahead — so we make it work and get it done.

The house was a full working site the whole time, which meant constantly moving tools, tiles and materials from room to room just to keep progressing. Other trades in and out plastering, window fitting and plumbing already all in a small space, Adds a lot more time and effort than people realise, but that’s part of working on busy sites.

It’ll come together properly once the carpenters, plumbers and painters return to finish their stages.

Some jobs take extra patience, but I always go the extra mile for my clients and take pride in leaving every job done right 👊

With extra hands on board now we’re completing projects a lot quicker, which means I’ve got some availability coming up.

This floor had underfloor heating already installed and self-levelled, so the focus was on correct preparation and long-term performance before tiling began.
