From a catastrophic bathroom water leak in the middle of the night to an amazing new look! 💧➡️✨

This customer in Trimsaran experienced every homeowner’s worst nightmare — a bathroom leak that resulted in the kitchen ceiling collapsing in the middle of the night.

Once the leak had been located and sorted, we got to work restoring the damage. We:

🔨 Removed all the affected areas
🔨 Renewed the damaged plasterboards
🔨 Primed the surfaces
🔨 Re-plastered everything to a smooth finish
🎨 Finished the job with a fresh lick of paint on all the walls and the new ceiling

What started as a stressful middle-of-the-night disaster has now been transformed into a fresh, clean and completely renewed space.

Another restoration project completed, and another happy customer! 👌

If you’ve suffered water damage or need your walls and ceilings brought back to life, get in touch. 📩

What an amazing transformation to this small extension in Swansea! 🏡✨

This customer had previously used cowboy builders who left him with an unusual and impractical living space, as well as a downstairs bathroom that he was unable to use.

Understandably, this experience left the customer with very little confidence in builders.

At IG Construction, we were determined to change that. We’ve recently completed this beautiful transformation, creating a fantastic new living space along with a fully functional downstairs bathroom.

We’re incredibly proud of the finished result and, most importantly, that we were able to restore our customer’s confidence in builders.

Another project completed to a high standard, another happy customer! 🔨✅
