THE ADVANTAGES OF A MANUAL VIBRATING MACHINE.

At Build Works Solutions, we exclusively manufacture a portable, compact vibration machine that does not require fuel or electricity to operate.

In the most remote regions of the world, getting access to electricity and fuel can be expensive, so being able to use a portable machine to get up mountainsides or reach faraway places is a distinct advantage. This is also true in war-torn countries with limited to no infrastructure for reconstruction or areas hit by significant natural disasters.

In some countires the road networks are heavily congested, so being able to take a portable compact machine in a small van or people carrier to a site where construction is needed is also another advantage, allowing people to manufacture at a client's location.

In some areas, load shedding is an issue,e so mechanical machines either have to work off backup generators or use alternative fuel soruces so having a manual machine can reduce the cost burden to a small production yard.

The manual machine has been designed in such a way that most mechanical parts can be sourced locally, such as bearings, PVC mats, rubber belts, etc. So we are happy to offer a 5-year guarantee on the equipment, which is on average 5x longer than any other supplier.

We have designed multiple products to operate on this machine some of which are unique systems for affordable construction projects. And we are always developing new technologies from our R&D efforts, increasing the utility of the machine year on year.
