🔥 Another full transformation completed by Kelly’s Building & Landscaping 🔥

This one was a serious structural repair and fencing project after previous builders had unfortunately retained the ground incorrectly, leaving the boundary unstable and the original fence at serious risk of collapsing.

We completely stripped everything back and rebuilt the whole system properly from the ground up ✅

Works completed included:

• Full rip out of failed retaining setup
• Excavation and new reinforced footing installation
• New retaining block wall built correctly
• Rebar reinforcement installed through the wall for added strength
• Timber bolted and tied securely into the structure
• Full land drainage system installed behind retaining wall
• Drainage connected directly into existing manhole to relieve pressure buildup
• Backfilled correctly with drainage stone and membrane
• Brand new high quality feather edge fencing installed throughout
• New kickboards and finishing details fitted

This wasn’t just a “new fence” job — this was rebuilding a failed boundary properly to make sure it lasts for years and years 💪
