Mitsubishi Ecodan repair. This ASHP had a E6 fault code, quite an easy repair but took a bit of time due to location of the heat pump and FTC. Called Mitsubishi technical to get the Vdc readings required and got it back up and running. Overall the installation was poor, with zone valves not connected and standard on/off controls, amongst other things. I had a chat with the customer but for now they’re happy.

Don’t have the time to explain how this system works but it stopped working and left a lot of people with no water. To keep it simple, the chocblock wrapped in tape in a large water bunker went faulty 😅. This cause the system to trip and nearly caused further damage. As a temp repair I removed the chocblock and replaced with Wagos and a plastic bag. This was temporary to get the properties water again. The Electrician came over after to correctly protect the wiring.

Another day with a variety of work locations. Started off in Birmingham city centre working Fat Hippo burgers , wow the food is amazing. Then back over to the forest to trace and repair a leak behind a toilet.

One thing I love about this job is all the different things you might do throughout the day/week. It’s never the same and it keeps you on your toes.

2 services completed on oil fired boilers, one was way over due and defiantly had better days. In the afternoon I had a repair on a Worcester Bosch boiler (RH manifold), luckily it was accessible as they can be a pain to work on. Big thanks to LP Heating for the oil boiler fault help. A man that knows his oil.

Another fitted in Rushwick this week. Fitted alongside 6 K2 radiators. Had some amazing help from for a couple of days during the heavy lifting stages 🤣. First time using my new , I was very impressed with the easy set up and reverse circulation. Yet again great service from . Strange to see Loz outside the office delivering the goods 🤣
