🏡 Stourbridge Transformation Complete 🏡

Another K Rend project successfully completed by DP Plastering. 🔥

What started with the full removal of the existing render has now been transformed with a brand-new K Rend Spray Plus White finish, giving the property a fresh, modern look that will stand the test of time.

The project included:

The existing render has now been completely removed, with all windows and surrounding areas carefully protected to ensure a clean and professional finish from start to finish.

The property is now fully beaded, meshed and basecoated, creating a strong, reinforced foundation ready for the application of K Rend Spray Plus White.

As always, the preparation stage is where attention to detail really matters. Taking the time to get every stage right ensures a durable finish that not only looks fantastic but stands the test of time.

Another K Rend project wrapped up by the team over in Rugby — fully finished in K Rend K1 Fintry Stone and the final result speaks for itself 👌

From the full prep stage right through to the final topcoat, every part of this job was carried out with attention to detail to achieve a clean, sharp and long-lasting finish. The property has been fully transformed and the Fintry Stone colour has really brought it to life 🙌

Big progress made on this K Rend project over in Rugby over the last few days 👌

The full property is now beaded, basecoated and meshed throughout — all prep work completed properly and ready for the K Rend K1 Fintry Stone topcoat to be sprayed on 🙌

This stage is one of the most important parts of the whole rendering process. Getting the preparation right is what gives you that strong, long-lasting finish and crisp final appearance once completed. As K Rend approved applicators, we never cut corners and always make sure every stage is carried out to the highest standard.

Final result over in Inkberrow 🔥

This extension project is now fully plastered, cleaned down and finished off to the high standard we pride ourselves on at DP Plastering.

From the full prep work, dot & dab, boarding throughout and all the fine detail work, everything has now come together ready for the next stages of the build. Smooth ceilings, sharp angles and a clean finish throughout 🔥

A lot goes into jobs like these behind the scenes to make sure the final result is spot on, and this one has turned out exactly how it should 💪

Another new project underway in Inkberrow 👀

We’re on site working alongside Lickey Builders on this extension project.

Everything has now been fully prepped, dot & dabbed, boarded throughout and is all set for plastering. A lot of work goes in before the plaster even touches the walls, making sure everything is straight, solid and finished properly ready for the next stage.

Cleanliness, attention to detail and quality workmanship as always from the DP team 💪

Another rendering job completed and signed off, and the feedback says it all. 🖤💛

This one was taken right back and done the proper way — full prep, clean base, mesh throughout, and finished in a silicone K Rend system for a long-lasting, weatherproof result.

Rendering isn’t something you cut corners on. If it’s not done right from the base up, it will show… and it won’t last.
