A simple bedroom upgrade that adds both style and practicality. 💡

As part of a partial rewire, we installed two new low-hanging bedside pendant lights, positioned to what will be either side of the bed.

Each light has its own individual bedside switch, with a new double socket installed directly underneath for convenient access to chargers and other devices.

A clean, symmetrical finish that removes the need for bedside lamps and keeps the furniture surfaces uncluttered.

A well-designed kitchen deserves an electrical installation to match.

As part of this Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery kitchen renovation, we completed all of the electrical installation ready for the new kitchen (installed by others), including:

⚡ New induction hob supply
⚡ New oven connection
⚡ New extractor hood wiring
⚡ New microwave supply
⚡ Replacement electrical accessories throughout
⚡ Full testing and certification on completion

Getting the electrical installation right at first fix is key to ensuring everything fits, functions correctly and leaves a clean, uncluttered finish once the kitchen is complete.

Three consumer units… now one professionally installed system.

Over the years, this property in Kettering had gradually grown, with additional fuse boards being added as new circuits were installed.

As part of a full electrical upgrade, we:

✔ Consolidated three separate consumer units into one professionally designed double-stack FuseBox installation.
✔ Relocated the consumer unit to a lower, more accessible position.
✔ Installed RCBO protection on every circuit.
✔ Added Type 2 surge protection.
✔ Installed new main protective bonding.
✔ Added a new dedicated washing machine circuit.
✔ Fully tested and certified the installation.

Not only is the installation now much easier to use and maintain, but every circuit also benefits from individual fault protection.

Whilst most of the workmanship is hidden once the covers are fitted, we believe that’s where quality matters most. A neat, well-organised consumer unit isn’t just satisfying to look at - it makes future testing, maintenance and fault finding quicker, safer and more efficient

💡 A simple upgrade that completely changes the feel of a bathroom.

As part of a full electrical upgrade on this property in Rushden, we installed:

⚡ 4 × IP65 fire-rated LED downlights
⚡ New wiring for an illuminated LED mirror
⚡ Full testing to ensure everything complied with current regulations

The warm LED backlit mirror and evenly spaced downlights have transformed the room, giving the customer a much brighter and more modern finish.

If you’re renovating a bathroom, planning the lighting properly can make just as much difference as the tiles and fittings.

Most EV installs aren’t designed with a second charger in mind.

This one was.

⚡ Dual myenergi Zappi install with load management, so both chargers can operate without overloading the supply.

Even on a modern 100A supply, it’s not good practice to assume spare capacity — especially with two chargers drawing significant load.

This system actively manages demand to stay within safe limits.

Designed properly from the start:
• Real-time load monitoring (via CT clamp)
• Automatic demand balancing between chargers
• Load control to prevent overloading the supply

Not just crammed into an outdoor board under the meter box either.

IP ratings don’t account for positioning, condensation, or long-term exposure.

This setup was designed to reduce moisture ingress and avoid premature failure, not just tick a box.

Clean install. No guesswork. No issues down the line.

This is the difference between fitting equipment and designing a system properly.

A clean, tidy electrical install makes a massive difference, especially in garden rooms and outdoor buildings if everything has to be ran surface mounted.
